The City
Sacramento hosts an approachable metropolitan lifestyle, for singletons or families, all within a reasonable commute of our studio.
The city is understated and relaxed, with the style and culture of the Bay Area, but without the sticker shock. Our weather is perfect: mild springs, pool-worthy summers, a sunny fall with bright red and yellow leaves down each road, and crisp cozy winters. We have regular weekend street festivals, bustling farmer’s markets, vibrant eateries, and award-winning craft breweries, coffee roasters, and wineries.
The city has everything from pop-up art exhibits and yoga in the park to vintage tot-sized amusement parks and a zoo! The New York Times heralded our new downtown Golden 1 Arena as “the most technically advanced arena in the world.” It’s a stunning venue for world-class sporting events and the biggest names in music.
Sacramento is an hour and a half drive from San Francisco, Napa Valley, and Lake Tahoe, and has incredible local opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, rock-climbing, sailing, and river rafting.
The Vibe
Although the studio has been around for nearly a decade, we have always maintained the vibe and energy of a start-up. From epic console competitions and lively debates, to the rattle of dice thrown across a game board, our team balances a culture of work and play, with Wednesday game nights, weekly happy hours, weekend adventures, and volunteer opportunities.
Sacramento is America’s “Farm-to-Fork” Capital, so countless incredible restaurants are just outside our studio doors. We offer a gym reimbursement program, on-site shower to freshen up post-workout, free parking, secure bike storage, the ability to bring your pet to work, and two fully stocked kitchens for your breakfast, lunch, and snack needs.
