Five Tips for Completing Red Bull Challenges

A soldier in tactical gear shouts while firing a shotgun in a chaotic battlefield. Behind, teammates exchange gunfire amid smoke and ruined vehicles.

Whether it’s sprinting around the map or capturing an objective while in a vehicle, most Red Bull Challenges are simple enough to be completed naturally or with very little alterations to how you play Battlefield. Sure, you may need to take a detour to Ground Zero and catch air in a golf cart, or you may need to hop off a building and tuck-and-roll for the sake of nailing some sweet parkour, but the true challenges lie in the Bonus Missions.

  1. GET SOME WINGS. Across all modes in Battlefield 6 and REDSEC, the helicopters can be powerful tools that can rain down destruction from above, let alone transport the squad across long distances towards objectives and safety. If you don’t know how to fly one, there is a Simplified Controls option; access it through the Settings menu under the vehicles tab.
  2. MIX IT UP, BECOME CANDID. The Bonus Mission for winning a match in Conquest, Breakthrough and more is for winning one match in each mode. Meaning you only need one win in each mode to unlock this skin. It’s best to be methodical: in any order of your choosing, search for one mode (as a playlist or Custom Search), then check it off your list until you’ve won one in each of these five unique Multiplayer experiences.
  3. RETALIATE, RECOVER, REVIVE. When reviving squadmates - especially on enemy objectives - make sure to secure your surroundings prior to dragging them to a safer location or using the Defibrillator (as a Support Class soldier). Taking that extra moment to check around a corner, set up cover or move to a more protected position can make the difference between a successful revive and a squad wipe.
  4. NOT EVERYTHING NEEDS A FULL SEND. Winning five Battle Royale matches seems like a daunting task for those without a focused and tactical mindset. Seeing red whenever you see an enemy squad is not always the right choice; so long as they do not see you first, take an extra moment to consider any potential disadvantages - for example, a lack of cover, height, firepower, vehicles - before entering a gunfight that could cost your squad the match.
  5. A SQUAD THAT STICKS TOGETHER, WINS TOGETHER. Simply put, leave no squadmate behind. From picking them up with a revive and laying down smoke or suppressing fire to cover a weak flank, to coordinating objective captures and squad wipes, winning in Battlefield boils down to playing as a full squad of four (or Duo of two, in Battle Royale). Communicate often by using voice chat, text chat, and pinging, and don’t forget to keep the energy high even when the squad is one death away from a wipe.
