Single Player Campaign

10 ตุลาคม 2568

Battlefield scene with soldiers, tanks, helicopters, and jets engaged in combat. Explosions and smoke fill the sky against a mountainous backdrop.

The old world is fracturing. With the withdrawal of key European countries, the seventy-year-old NATO Alliance is in danger of collapse. Keen to exploit the situation, an unknown Coalition of hostile countries use a Private Military Organization called Pax Armata to conduct a proxy war against key strategic targets.

Determined to stabilize NATO and push back against the Coalition, the US deploys Dagger 13 – a crack US Marine Raiders unit – to flashpoints around the world. You play as members of Dagger Squad in a series of thrilling warzone and combat scenarios as the proxy war becomes increasingly intense.

Dagger 13 - pronounced Dagger One Three - includes:

Haz Carter: a former high school quarterback who chose the rugged allure of the wilderness over being a sports star. During his time in the Marines, Haz was recognized for his blend of athletic prowess and survival skills, ultimately joining the Marine Raiders, rising to become an Assault expert and the leader of the squad.

Dylan Murphy: a warfighter who chose the frontlines over an officer’s career, Murphy’s courage and strategic thinking make him a vital member of Dagger as the team’s Engineer.

Simone “Gecko” Espina: Gecko learned to be a hunter on her grandfather’s farm and carried her expertise at tracking and taking on the elements into her military career. An adrenaline fanatic, Gecko became a Special Forces Operator. As the newest member of Dagger, she’s ready to prove herself as the squad’s Recon expert.

Cliff Lopez: Rejecting his parents’ wishes for him to go to med school, Lopez sought glory and adventure on the field of battle. Lopez wears his heart on his sleeve and as the squad’s Support is an essential member of the team.

Lucas Hemlock: A CIA Operator with a largely redacted past, all most people know about Hemlock is that he’s a true patriot to the end and is willing to do anything for his country.

The Battlefield 6 single-player Campaign can be played on the following difficulty settings:

  • Recruit: For players who want to focus on the story. Health regeneration - both in terms of delay and rate - is quickest. Up to three defibrillation charges can be carried for revives during a mission. Enemies deal less damage, take more damage and are slightly less accurate compared to the normal difficulty
  • Normal: For players who want a balanced combat experience. Health regeneration and damage is tuned to standard values. Up to two defibrillation charges can be carried for revives during a mission. Meant for those wanting to enjoy the story with a slight challenge.
  • Veteran: For experienced players only. Meant for seasoned Battlefield veterans and skilled FPS players. Health regeneration is slower with a longer delay time. Only one defibrillation charge can be carried for revives during a mission. Enemies deal more damage, take less damage and are slightly more accurate compared to the normal difficulty.
  • Hardcore: For players who want maximum challenge, no revives. The ultimate test. No revives - none when starting a mission, and none found on the map. A slower health regeneration rate than Veteran, and enemies deal significantly more damage than on Veteran.

Completing Campaign missions, both for the first time and on Hardcore, as well as performing specific tasks and gathering collectibles, unlocks some achievements or trophies for your platform of choice and in-game rewards for Multiplayer, including character skins, XP Boosters, a Weapon Package and even a golden Dog Tag (or two). See the in-game Challenge menu for more information.

If you beat all missions on Hardcore, you will unlock a special Weapons Package - “Elegant Ballistics” - for the B36A3 Assault Rifle.

We highly recommend new players - as well as all players interested in Battlefield 6’s lore - to play the Campaign first before jumping into Multiplayer or Portal experiences.
