Madden NFL 26 Team of the Year - FAQ

Team of the Year voting begins at 10:00 am ET / 7:00 am PT on Friday, January 30 and ends at 3:00am ET on Saturday, 7 February / midnight PT on Friday 6 February.

On a desktop:

• Go to https://www.ea.com/games/madden-nfl/madden-nfl-26/team-of-the-year#nominees and click the Build Your Team button from the Offense tab.

• This will take you to https://www.ea.com/games/madden-nfl/madden-nfl-26/team-of-the-year#offense. Click on a TOTY player card and the player selection panel on the right-hand side will update with available options for that position.

• Click on the player you wish to select and his portrait will be added to your selection.

• Repeat these steps for all positions in a formation.

On a mobile device:

• Navigate to a formation tab and you will see TOTY player cards.

• Tap a card and a the nominations for that position will display.

• Tap on a player. When he is highlighted in green, he has been added to the selection. To add more players, tap the X to the right of the "Select Players" title and repeat the steps for the other positions, or swipe left where it says "All Positions" to move to a new position and select your player. When you make your final selection, you will see a button to "Review and Submit"

When you have completed the team selection for a formation: 

• Click the Review & Submit button

• Click the Terms and Conditions checkbox

• Click Submit

You will see a submission success image reminding you to mark your calendar for Wednesday, March 4 when the winners are revealed. Then repeat the selection and submission process for the other formations.

• During team selection: click on the card of a nominee already selected and observe that the player selection panel on the right-hand side will update with other available options for that position.

• Select a different player and that player's card will be added to your selection in place of the original player selected. When a player is highlighted in green, he has successfully been added to the formation. Please note: players can only be de-selected and replaced one at a time.

There is no limit on voting but only your most recent selection will be counted towards the vote.

• Click between formation tabs to land on a formation for which you have already voted (you may need to click between tabs a few times). Observe the New Submission messaging.

• Click on “Reset Selection” to clear all positions and start building another team.
• Click on “Edit Your Team” to see the selections you made previously. From here you can change one player at a time.

• Complete the selection, then click Review and Submit. Your new selection will replace a previous selection, and the previous selection will not count towards the vote.

When you see the submission success message, you’ll see options to share your vote directly on social media (X, Whatsapp, Facebook). You can also download an image of your team and share it anywhere!

The reveal of the EA SPORTS Madden NFL 26 Ultimate Team of the Year begins on March 4.

Team of the Year player items will start being added to the pool of available player items in Ultimate Team on March 5.

Player items can be found by acquiring and opening packs from the Ultimate Team store, but you can also get them by playing and completing various events, Challenges, and Sets throughout the Team of the Year event.
