EA PLAY is easily accessible via public transportation. The nearest Metro station is the Red Line Hollywood/Vine station – EA PLAY is two blocks south on Argyle. Uber and Lyft are also recommended. All drop-offs will be directed to the corner of El Centro and Sunset. There are several paid parking lots around the venue. The Hollywood Palladium does not own or operate any of the parking lots, so please read and adhere to all posted signs. Street parking will be limited during EA PLAY.

How much will tickets cost?

Tickets to EA PLAY are free.

When will tickets be available?

Tickets are available now!

If you want to join us in Hollywood, here’s what you need to do:

  • Get your free EA PLAY ticket by visiting here or downloading the EA PLAY App from the App Store and Google Play store.
  • During registration, you may book a session of your favorite game to lock down time with the game.
  • Not interested in booking a gameplay session? No problem, you can book a Priority Entrance ticket to get expedited entry into the event on the day of your choice.
  • Both passes are valid during all open Fan Fest hours of EA PLAY pending capacity via the General Admission line.

How many tickets can I get to EA PLAY?

There is a limit of one ticket registration per person, unless you are a parent/guardian registering on behalf of minors.

During the registration process, a parent/guardian may also add minors. Wristbands for minors will only be distributed with the parent/guardian present on site.

How old do I have to be to attend EA PLAY?

You must be 18 years or older to attain tickets to EA PLAY, but those younger than 18 can attend EA PLAY if accompanied by an adult, through our family registration. Both the parent/guardian and underage players must have a ticket for the event to be admitted.  Underage guests should be accompanied by a parent or guardian to receive their credentials and play M-rated titles.

How does family registration work for EA PLAY?

When registering for a ticket, adults will be given an option to add minors.  All minors must be present WITH the parent/guardian on their registration to receive their wristband. No additional wristbands will be given to minors who were not registered.

What if I forgot to add minors during registration? Can they still come with me?

You may log back into the web or app to add or remove minors from your registration. All additions based on availability.

What if I added minors during registration, but they can no longer come?

Minor registrations can be cancelled by logging back in to the web or app using your EA account. The parent/guardian registration is still valid. If minors have a gameplay session reserved, they cannot be redeemed unless present onsite to activate their wristband.

Can I leave and come back to EA PLAY?

Yes! Tickets for EA PLAY are valid during all Fan Fest hours via the General Admission line.  If you leave and come back, you will have to re-enter through this line.

Are all the games at EA PLAY hands-on?

The gameplay experience is listed in the app and will be updated as it gets closer to the event. Most games at EA PLAY are hands-on, however there are also some theater experiences to view gameplay.

Will there be any photo opps or meet and greets this year?

Download the EA PLAY app to stay up to date on the schedule of all signings, appearances and meet-and-greets.  You can also make your own Game Plan by adding select events to your schedule. Be sure to enable push notifications to get the latest information on surprise guests.

Why do I need to use my EA Account (Origin, PSN or Xbox) to register?

Using your EA Account at registration will enable you to update and change your gameplay reservation, add or remove underage guests and receive recommended events based on your interests.  If you do not have an EA Account, you can create one during registration.  Note: The email associated with your EA account will be where your ticket and information about EA PLAY is sent and this cannot be changed. While you can be 13 or older to register an EA Account, you must be 18 or older to register for EA PLAY.  Guests under 18 should be registered by a parent or guardian.

What does my “Priority Entry” ticket mean?

Tickets to EA PLAY are valid on all days and times the Fan Fest is open via the General Admission Line.  The Priority Entry pass is your chance to choose the day you prefer to attend (you can always do both!).  Entry to EA PLAY is pending capacity but gameplay session holders, followed by priority entry tickets are given preference over the General Admission line.

What does a “Gameplay Session” ticket mean?

Tickets to EA PLAY are valid on all days and times the Fan Fest is open via the General Admission Line.  A gameplay session ticket is your chance to choose your favorite game and pick the best time for you to fast pass your entry. You can only have one gameplay session per person, and parents/guardians must select for underage guests.

Can I change the time of my gameplay session?

Yes! New this year, you can log into the EA PLAY Registration page or app using your EA account.  Here, you can change gameplay sessions, remove sessions, add minors etc. pending availability.  Remember all games at EA PLAY will be available via standby lines onsite as well pending capacity.

Sunday June 9: 9:00AM – 6:30PM

What identification do I need to bring with me on site?

A government issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport) in order to pick up your credential. The name on your ID and the name on your registration must be the same. EA PLAY management and security may request to see identification at any time.  If you have underage guests registered, the photo ID must match the parent registration.

If I can no longer attend, can I transfer my gameplay session or priority entry ticket to someone else?

All EA PLAY registrations are non-transferable.  We ask that you kindly cancel your session by logging into the EA PLAY registration page or app so that another player may enjoy the game. Once your wristband is issued, swapping or sharing is strictly prohibited.  If you wish to safely dispose of your RFID credential following the event, please return it to the registration desk.
