Losing your coins or progress within a game can be quite frustrating, especially when you’re switching to a new device.
Here’s listing out a few steps to ensure you never lose your coins or progress –
- Make sure you’re connected to Facebook. Logging in to Facebook helps sync up your coins, resources and game progress with your Facebook account. You’ll never have to worry about your coins again, no matter which device or platform you’re on.
- If you do not wish to connect with Facebook, the next best thing to do is to note your Player ID. Each player has an ID that is unique to their device. This Player ID could be different for various devices. So, if you plan to change your device, please note down your Player ID from your existing device as well as the Player ID from your new device, and reach out to us via this link to migrate your coins, Rare Gems and progress.
Here’s how to find your Player ID –
- Tap on the settings button at the top right corner of the screen
- Go to the 'Help' Tab, you'll see your Player ID at the bottom of the screen
