All rights in the Cosplay Materials belong to Electronic Arts Inc. ("EA"), its affiliated companies or licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, royalty free license to display and use the Cosplay Materials to create costumes for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree your use of Cosplay Materials must be tasteful and shall not be used to promote content that is inappropriate, obscene, inflammatory, offensive, unlawful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable, as determined by EA. You acknowledge and agree that no title nor any other form of ownership to the Cosplay Materials has been or will be transferred to you from EA.

EA can terminate this license and withdraw your right to use the Cosplay Materials at any time and for any reason in our sole discretion. These Cosplay Materials are provided “as-is.” We do not give you any guarantees about the quality of the Cosplay Materials or our rights in the Cosplay Materials. This License is governed by United States and California law (without regard to conflicts of law).

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, royalty free license to display and use the Kit Materials to create Dead Space game streams for your personal, non-commercial use only.
