From stately homes to saloon doors, we have you covered, and for those of you who’ve always wanted to experience the farmhouse life complete with a chicken coop, this one’s for y'all.

We also have something extra special for you this update: Sim Springs will be opening up its fifth and final neighborhood with some extra big lots for those with high-rise dreams!

Sim Springs Neighborhood 5 ‘Commercial Court’

Sims Springs is ready to welcome you all to its fifth and final Neighborhood! Known as the Commercial Court, this is the crown jewel of the area with a lavish highrise, one extra large House Lot and one extra large community lot. There’s so much to explore, your Sims won't believe their eyes. 

‘Grand Springs Hotel’ Community Lot

The grand prize of Commercial Court is the ‘Grand Springs Hotel’ Community Lot. Built on an extra large lot, it features a cafeteria, bar, hotel rooms, convention rooms, arcade areas, and dining rooms - we’ve checked everything off the ‘what Sims need to live large and have fun’ list!

Influence Island Season 49: Wild, Wild Whips

Build your Sims their very own ranch-style home with western wooden fences, wardrobe chests with saddles on them, hat racks, outdoor showers, and much more. And, if y’all thought that would be all, we’ve also got some performance whips! They come with a new action, ‘Perform Whip Tricks’, to let you live out the full ranch experience.

SimChase Season 72: Homemaker’s Heat!

One word. Cottage! Wooden, floral, and neat. Earn majestic counters and cabinets, dining tables, washing machines, ironing boards, apron hangers, outfits, and more. 

Stately Saloon Live Event

Snooker tables, bending stairs, swinging saloon doors, and a slick stately home. If all of that tickles your fancy, then the Stately Saloon House Lot is going to be your new favorite home! The best part? Your Sims can also get a little rough-and-tumble with the new action, 'Start a Squabble', which is part of the grand prize.

Influence Island Season 50: Tutti Frutti Cuties

Earn colorful and fruity (literally!) items in this Influence Island Event! With a very generous serving of ultra-cute items for your Toddler Sims, this event also earns you comfy sofas and neon fruit-shaped wall-lights among many other goodies.

SimChase Season 73: Ranch Runaround!

Three words: Ranch-themed goodness. Dress your Adult and Toddler Sims in the drapes of the Wild West. Toddler Sims can pull their new ranch hats and outfits directly out of a wagon-shaped chest! There’s also sofas, lamps and fireplaces to set the scene just right. If that wasn’t enough, we’ve got chicken coops (with cute little chickens, of course) that you can place outside your Sims’ homes too! There’s even a whittle kit that your Sims can use to ‘Carve a Wooden Doll’ - so crafty! 

Pregnancy Pack 43

A Western cot, highchair and an amazingly stylish outfit for your pregnant Sims, this pack might just be the final ranch dressing your new stately home needs!
