Madrid GP: A New Circuit Built for a New Era

At the centre of the 2026 update is MADRING, the all-new Spanish Grand Prix circuit set in Madrid, and the first new F1® circuit since 2023.

The MADRING circuit is only available to drive with the 2026 cars, as this track was designed specifically for the new season. You’ll take on a 5.4 km layout that blends tight, technical sections with high-speed straights, creating constant shifts in rhythm. With 22 corners, you need to adapt quickly and move from precision braking zones into fast, flowing segments.

MADRING combines street elements with purpose-built sections, giving it a distinct feel which we really think you’ll enjoy.

New Teams, New Drivers, New Possibilities

The F1® grid expands to eleven teams in 2026, and the F1® 25: 2026 Season Pack is the only place you can get behind the wheel with the new challengers. Experience the all-American thrills of Cadillac, the first major American car manufacturer to join the ranks of F1®. Or jump into the Audi Revolut machines that introduce the iconic brand and motorsport heritage to Formula One® 

You’ll also dive into the latest driver line-ups, with fan favorites Valtteri Bottas and Sergio Perez headlining the all-new Cadillac team to bring the US team invaluable experience in its inaugural year. At Racing Bulls, Arvid Lindblad joins Liam Lawson, while Isack Hadjar steps in to partner Max Verstappen at Oracle Red Bull Racing.

How Racing Has Changed

The biggest difference in 2026 comes from how the cars behave and how much control you have over them.

Get behind the wheel of lighter, smaller cars featuring cutting-edge active aerodynamics for a more responsive drive, whether you’re on a gamepad or a wheel. This year, you’ll play a bigger role than ever in making tactical and strategic decisions throughout each race. Decide when to deploy the new "Overtake Mode" for a stunning boost of nearly 500 horsepower, perfect for well-timed overtakes and intense wheel-to-wheel battles. 

You can also make real-time adjustments to your front and rear wings with active aerodynamics, optimizing speed on every corner and straight. If you’d rather focus purely on the on-track action, updated assists can handle the details behind the scenes. 

These next-gen cars deliver thrilling racing for both seasoned pros and newcomers ready to take on the new F1® era.

Career and My Team Updates

Jump into the 2026 Season across several modes and experiences. 

In Driver Career and My Team, you’ll start a fresh save with the updated grid, rules, and calendar, including the new Spanish Grand Prix. In My Team, you step in as the twelfth team, building your own story alongside the expanded field.

You can also take the new season into Grand Prix™, Time Trial, split-screen, and unranked multiplayer, giving you flexibility in how you experience it, whether you’re chasing lap times, racing friends, or competing online.

Custom teams and career saves from the 2025 season do not transfer to the 2026 season. Konnersport or APXGP teams cannot be added to the 2026 season of Driver Career or My Team.

How to Experience the New Era

There are two ways to step into the 2026 season.

If you already own F1 25, the 2026 Season Pack will give you access to the new season. You will need to start a new save file to access the 2026 Season content. The 2026 Season Pack requires F1 25 base game & all game updates.

If you’re starting fresh, the F1 25: 2026 Season Edition combines the base game with the 2026 content, offering the ultimate racing experience in this new chapter of Formula 1.

Internet connection & all game updates are required to access certain content.
