Weekends are meant for play, and in 2019 we moved EA PLAY to Saturday, June 8 and Sunday, June 9 where players who came to the Hollywood Palladium got hands-on with our games. Apex Legends™, Anthem™, The Sims™ 4, new Battlefield™ V content, new EA SPORTS™ games all were there, with players getting hands-on access. We also had an exciting Star Wars™ experience that included an inside look at Star Wars™ Jedi: Fallen Order™.
For players around the world watching EA PLAY online, we skipped the press conference in 2019 and replaced it with multiple live streams that aired on Saturday, June 8, bringing players more of what they told us they wanted - more gameplay and insights from the teams making the games. We also had content creators streaming live from our Creator’s Cave in the Hollywood Palladium.
