How to Get New Yarnys in Unravel Two
Go off the beaten path to rescue trapped Yarnys, earn new patterns, and change your Yarnys' appearances.
Red wool and pointy ears may be Yarny’s signature look, but don’t be fooled: Yarnys come in all sorts of shapes and colors, and you can customize yours in game with different heads, bodies, eyes, and shades of yarn.
To add different Yarny patterns to your craft box, you’ll need to complete special challenge maps scattered throughout the lighthouse (the central hub of Unravel Two™). These maps contain everything from difficult platforming puzzles to high-speed races – you’ll have to think and move fast if you want to complete them. Other Yarnys are stranded in these levels, and once you rescue them their looks will be added to your collection.
You can then change both of your Yarnys’ appearances anytime by pausing the game and going to the “Appearance” tab, to mix and match all the pieces you've gathered. Complete every challenge to make your Yarny look just the way you like.
