Battlefield 3 Pre-Load Begins October 21

With Battlefield 3 launching in less than two weeks, it’s time to do some gaming prep work. That means stocking the fridge, double-checking your headset connection, and – if you’re planning to download the game – participating in the Battlefield 3 pre-load, which begins on October 21.

Need some psyching up before the big battle? Check out our previous posts on Battlefield 3’s massively destructible terrains – courtesy of the groundbreaking Frostbite 2 engine – and high-tech land and aerial vehicles. Plus, stay tuned to the Battlefield 3 YouTube channel for even more clips to come.

Get free access to the Battlefield 3 pre-load and the fully loaded Physical Warfare Pack when you order your copy on Origin today.

Everytime I take a look at MW3 I think Battlefield 3 does it better. When I see a guy run in a shack and a tomohawk try to take him out and he survives I think in BF3 he would be gone along with the shack.. That is what makes BF3 leaps above MW3.

I'm wondering why US users of this program are getting preferential treatment by being able to access this game before Australia and Europe. I think EA is giving US users a unfair advantage in this regard and are alienating those not receiving that same preferential treatment and should evaluate whether this is a wise move. I advise other users to voice their opinion in regards to this openly.

I pre-ordered with three day shipping, so I'll be getting it the same day Australia and Europe get it. Unless they ship it three days before the 25th. But I really doubt that.

I played the beta but i was alittle late to the party the players that started from the begining had an unfair advantage. some of us players have Jobs, morgages, and a life. why can't they make it fair for the new player and as you rank up you move up and if you move up you cant play against the new players. if you have all the weapons and skills of the map and you are playing the new player who only has first weapon and doesnt know map it unfair, YES sure you might feel like the beast of the game but REALLY!!! there should be set point that advance a player and let them play against like players. just a thought
