We kicked off our Women in Games blog series last week as a reaction to the chatter around the lack of women in the field. Today, our own Chief Talent Officer Gabrielle Toledano shared her opinion in a Forbes piece entitled, "Women and Video Gaming's Dirty Little Secrets".

In the article, Gabrielle shares her thoughts on the debate around sexism in games and argues that if we want more women to work in games, we need to recognize that the problem is not sexism.
