NBA LIVE IS BACK!

The NBA’s biggest stars are in Orlando for All-Star Weekend, and we’re excited to be hosting several players at Tiburon while they are in town.  As you may have seen, Kyrie Irving, stopped by to check out the all-new NBA LIVE for the first time, and we’ll have more guys in the studio soon. 

We have a new studio and a new development team, and this fall we’ll launch an all-new experience that captures the future of basketball with NBA LIVE 13. 

We’re looking forward to players giving us their feedback on the game, and next month we’ll welcome in fans from around the country to join in on the process of creating NBA LIVE 13 as well – more on that on Monday, so please make sure you follow our Facebook page and Twitter handle to get the latest information.

    1) Top priority IMO is that you actually pass in the direction you aim 2) Just as important, if not more is smart AI 3) Players must be penalized for leaving online matches and no pausing. (Worked out great in Guild Wars) 4) Dribbling & shot control is also key and so far, I like the direction they were headed in Elite 5) More game modes would be nice, including custom teams for head to head (with restrictions) 6) Short waiting times between free throws, etc 7) Keep the menus well organized

    YES YES YES YES!! What I do not understand, however, is why only the NBA? You guys must know, and if you do not, I will tell you now: basketball may very well be the most played sport on the planet when you take into the fact tha it is BOOMING in China (interesting fact, there is only one person who has a statue in China taller than Chairman Mao, Michael Jordan). BBall is the second largest sport in most all of Europe and many other countries such as Brazil and Israel. Be like Fifa!

    I just hope EA went all out with the physics, signature moves, and kept skilled based shooting. Also I wouldn't be mad if Durant got the cover but I think Lebron would be a better fit for cover boy because his story matches NBA Live story and all he and EA want is to be loved again.

    I just hope these guys didn't change #1, the camera view. #2, the controls, it does not need to be anything like that 2k garbage. If we the real live fans wanted that...that's what we would of night. #3 add dunks off missed shots. NBA LIVE 10 was and still is better than any other basketball game. You see what happens when you mess with something not broken...you miss three years of gaming!! Leave the game alone!! Live fan since 95

    Make a VERY detailed game mode similar to NBA 2K12's My Player. If you could show me in the game mode transitions or make yourself buy a house or you can sync the game with the Sims 3. And also add the BIG BIG BIG Library of shoes that you guys had in NBA Live 10 but use the basketball shoes that you would find in eastbay and Footlocker. If that is all there then this is my favorite game

    Please bring back freestyle dribble controls!! the shot stick on 2k12 is a cool concept but I’d much rather have a dribble stick with full range dribble controls. The idea of moving and dribbling with the same stick (as in 2k12) is retarded. It’s like having your feet and hands attached to each other; whichever way one goes the other goes. On top the only creative dribble moves (in 2k12) are initiated by sequences that I didn't initiate.

    Continued...I just want full range creative dribbling that I control so I can fancy my way to the hoop like Jamal Crawford, Rajon Rondo, and CP3. Use NBA Live 2006 as a starting point. The freestyle dribbling was amazing in that game! Also refer to FIFA 12’s use of freestyle controls for dribbling in their game. It’s top notch. Thanks!
