Obama's Favorite App? SCRABBLE!

Barbara Walters recently sat down with the President and First Lady and asked him what's his favorite iPad app. His answer? SCRABBLE of course!

    What a joke. There's no help- so many bugs and NO technical support. Fun game - maybe the president can get help to fix his bugs, but no one else can. Dear Pogo/EA- thanks for the automated responses for help that all say the same thing. I don't understand how a clearly broken/ poorly written ap can 1. Be purchasable and 2. HAS NO TECH SUPPORT !!!

    What's really driving everyone crazy is the app used to work beautifully on my 10 inch Android tablet until you folks decided i needed an upgrade ... now it doesn't work on anyone's 10 inch Android tablet. and worse Even with various web browsers i can't open Facebook Scrabble. which used to work also... it's really a bummer. i really enjoyed Scrabble on the tablet.

    My scrabble app on my Kindle Fire hasn't worked properly for a month now. Used to work seamlessly. Now, won't update the games I'm playing with my Facebook friends when it opens...just sits and spins. I have found a niche that if I go into the completed games, then they come up, then close and go back to the menu page and pull down the update at the top of page, then the games in progress will show up...huh???...go figure...please, FIX this app...Is anybody LISTENING??

    I, too, love the game and play often as possible. Do find absence of support baffling and troubling. Access to much other than purchases on site far too time consuming and a real bother. Peace.

    The new upgrade that shows an ad everything 30 seconds or whatever is EXTREMELY obnoxious. This needs to be removed quickly if you're going to keep your player base.

    I am the owner of the kindle fire HD 7. Today I purchased the kindle fire HD 8.9. All my apps. books and games transferred over to the new kindle except for one--my Scrabble game (which I paid 2.99 for). This is an app/game I continually play and enjoy very much. Upon my inquiry with Amazon Technical support, the result were that the Scrabble game cannot transfer to the larger kindle because unfortunately it is not compatible (was not designed) for the larger tablets, no matter what brand.

    Why in the world is your company not up to par with technology? How can your company producers not have not foreseen and prepared for the future of this company’s part in providing games and apps for the larger tablets? And Obama favorite game is Scrabble? Wondering what would happen if he decided to by a larger tablet and his favorite Scrabble? Well developers? Can you handle this dilemma?
