I already cancelled mine. This 6 hour thing is a joke, I signed up to play Madden 5 days early, you want to keep a mode or two out of that then that would have been fine, but to limit our gameplay to six lame hours over a five day stretch is shady and just plain wrong. Two weeks ago these bastards sold us on "play new games 5 days before launch" now 1 week before Madden comes out they say oh by the way its only for 6 hours. Terrible. EA, you've once again failed and never will I be duped again by your company. Way to go Peter Moore, good thing you left XBOX or they'd be the sinking company now.

i WONT be cancelling. was unlimited time on a early release all you signed up for?? cancelling a service over how much u get to play a game before you buy it or not is childish. no limit on a early access title basically gives you the game for nothing so this limit makes sense to me.

dude, the thing is with ea season ticket, you got the full game 5 days early and could play it unlimited amount of time till the game was released, which then the early access of the game was locked out. They didn't give you the game for nothing, but it was an opportunity to play the game and then decide if you wanna pay 65 dollars for it or just wait to get a used copy. This 6 hr playing time is complete bs because 6hrs in madden is like maybe 6 games using like 8 min qt. That's not that much playing time

I encourage everyone that is upset to call Microsoft and demand a refund. You want EA to listen ? Hurt them where it matters.

You really think that the game was a trial for the whole 5 days, most people would of nearly finished the game by that time and got it for free,6 hours is plenty to test out if you want to purchase the full game or not. Also you still getting 4 full games in the vault and when they adding more releases in the future. how can people complain so much, the madden game is the full release including multiplayer,UT..so its like a try before you buy. too many kids want everything for free :/

Nobody "finishes" Madden in 5 days. You sound like someone who has never played a sports game. Also, those "kids" paid for EA Access. It wasn't free. EA advertised EA Access as having early access to games. The assumption consumers made was that it would be the same as EA Sports Season Ticket, where customers DID get unlimited access. This is what EA wanted everyone to believe. Just another sketchy move by a sketchy company.

Furthermore. what difference does it make to EA whether or not PAYING customers get unlimited access for 6 hours or for 5 days? Anyone who is paying for EA Access is probably going to buy the game. The only thing I can think of is that EA doesn't actually want people to play longer than that because they know Madden is not as good as they wanted it to be.

This is incredibly disappointing. I purchased the Access to be able to play the game before it was out (as there is no demo available) and it was under the suggestion that we'd be able to have full access to the game until it came out. Misleading your customers isn't going to earn your company many fans and will hurt business in the long run.

Wow, interesting that people actually are disappointed by this. You get 6 hours of playtime in 5 days for the FULL game. That is great, for it is more than enough to try the game. Also I personally do not even play games for more than an hour a day, which means that it is more than enough.

People are disappointed because they got unlimited play in the past for 3 days. At least give us 10 hours and the opportunity to purchase the game and play it when the trial is over...

That is ridiculous how ea waited until last minute after many people have signed up to say you have 6 hours of gameplay with madden 15 especially when there was no restrictions last year. I will be canceling as well. I guess sony was right about ea.

Stop complaining! Everyone should have seen this coming and Ea Access is still a great deal. You get 10% off of everything that is digitally downloaded which is worth 30 bucks a year itself especially if you buy packs on MUT and FUT but they are also giving you full access to multiple games not just Madden, also NHL 15 and FIFA 15 with much more to come in the next year. Use your brains for 5 seconds, it's an amazing deal no matter how much time EA gives you to play the full games.

I thinks its funny that people say they are going to cancel Access to hurt EA's pocket. You get a 10% discount with a $4.99 membership. Go ahead and get your $5 back and pay $6 more for the game. Well played, you really showed them.

Your an idiot because we get our 10% off Madden 15 so long as we cancel before 8/26/14. I got 1 month of EA Access on 8/1/14 for the soul purpose of getting Madden Early (not 6 hour trial) and playing Vault (although I have all game in it currently). This leaves me to have EA Access till 9/1/14 when my subscription will be cancelled since I turned off auto renew. So I and all the others that have signed up for EA Access and want to cancel, will be getting there 10% off of Madden 15 if we choose to by through their service. This leaves your entire argument worthless. You lose, good day sir.

What they really should allow is "pre offical release purchase", If you have EA Access and your 6 hours are up, you can purchase the full game and continue to play it before the game launches On Tuesday.
