A brutalist style apartment complex, based on shared community living. It has 4 apartments, each with 2 beds and 2 baths. The ground floor features a pool, community garden, music studio, playground and gym. Stairs up to the first floor lead to apartment front doors. A communal walkway connects each neighbour and also leads to a central bbq and lounge area with alfresco dining for summer dinner parties!
