Whether its Season Pass Players or Welcome Pack Items this is how you upgrade players in Madden 26 Ultimate Team.

  • Acquire base item (Welcome packs, Field pass objectives, Solo Challenges, Events)
  • Go to upgrade path of base item
  • Add required tokens (or items) to upgrade the player
