Hopping Down The Trail

“Sugar Rush” event screen with timer, instructions to upgrade Beaster Bunny using Sakura Blossom Extract, wicker basket holding Beaster Bunny 172 OVR S card, multiple 0% progress badges, and tabs for Basket Blitz, Bunny Burrow, Hedge Maze.

Spring has finally sprung, and the Sakura Blossoms are filling the air as the new Sugar Rush event brings a compelling new Captain, a rowdy roster of new players, and a whole lot of sweet, sweet rewards to hunt and gather up!

We’re doing things a little differently for this year’s delicious event, and introducing a new Captain player for the Sugar Rush event called Beaster Bunny.

A mecha-bunny with a heart of gold, this rockin’ rabbit is a force to be reckoned with; laser-focused, and ready to kick some tail.

Throughout the event you’ll be upgrading Beaster Bunny in a system that follows the format of past events like Most Feared.

This time you’ll be collecting and using Sakura Blossom Extract to continually upgrade him, and raise his OVR and rarity level, as well as acquire powerful boosts that will be applied to all of your Sugar Rush Players!

All in all there are 21 variations of the Beaster Bunny card, from Uncommon all the way up to Mythic.

Throughout the event you’ll be able to obtain Sakura Blossom Extract from a variety of sources including Sugar Rush trades, successful Bunny Basket combinations, milestone achievements, and by venturing deep within the mysterious Hedge Maze!

You’ll also be able to exchange Sakura Petals you rack up into Sakura Blossom Extract. These Sakura Petals will recharge over time.

Build A Bunny

The Bunny Burrow Map serves as the central hub for the Sugar Rush event, offering players a streamlined path to upgrading their roster.

By tapping the bunny-in-the-basket icon, you can access the specific trades required to build and upgrade Beaster Bunny

UC Upgrade I trade: Trade/set screen “UC UPGRADE I” showing requirements (8,333 Sakura Blossom Extract and 1x 111 OVR UC B. Bunny) and reward (112 OVR UC Beaster Bunny card, +1 AWR to SR). Claim Reward button disabled; Remove All and Auto Add options.

Directly to the right of this upgrade button, you’ll find one of the primary methods for acquiring Sakura Blossom Extract, a vital resource for event progression. This process centers on Sakura Petals, which are exchanged at a one-to-one ratio for the Extract.

Managing your Sakura Petals requires a strategy similar to handling your standard Stamina.

These petals recharge automatically at a rate of one every 50 seconds, but they’ll max out at 600.

To ensure you don’t miss out, you’ll need to check in and collect them regularly before they hit that ceiling.

Additionally, the Bunny Burrow Map is home to your Promo Goals. Clearing all four of these objectives not only provides immediate Sakura Blossom Extract but also unlocks a special finale event.

“Rewards” overlay listing 13.5K Sakura Blossom Extract and Blossom Bowl stadium for first win, plus matchup tile “Basketbound Behemoth” (ZoneSeek 2,474 vs Commanders 3,054) with a lock note listing required objectives.

Successfully completing that final challenge grants a big ole basket of Sakura Blossom Extract, as well as an exclusive event-themed Stadium to show off your progress!

A Basket Full Of Bounties

Basket Blitz mode screen with instructions to complete Blitz challenges to assemble Bunny Baskets; large basket with four empty slots and Reset button, plus a table of candy/egg items and swap icons; tabs for Basket Blitz, Bunny Burrow, Hedge Maze.

Following in the bunny hops of the format of last year’s Most Feared, on the Basket Blitz Map you’ll complete different combinations of Blitz Challenges in order to make Bunny Baskets!

Complete challenges in sets of four to create perfect Bunny Baskets, and each correct combination you find will grant some majorly tasty rewards on the big basket!

Pop-up titled “Bunny Baskets” stating two new combinations revealed daily at 10:30am ET (32 total), listing Basket 1 and Basket 2 ingredient sequences, over a dimmed Basket Blitz background.

There are 32 Bunny Basket combinations all in all, so make sure you and your friends sleuth it out, and try to get them all!

An A-MAZE-ing Opportunity For Rewards

Spring-themed football field map with yard lines, eggs and flowers, and a large white bunny in a football helmet near midfield. “Hedge Maze” tab selected; energy/currency and OVR shown at top; interactive egg-basket button nearby.

One of the best ways to rack up Sakura Blossom Extract is to delve deep into the Hedge Maze!

You’ll use Hedge Maze Stamina to traverse Beaster Bunny's springtime hedge maze and claim Sakura Blossom Extract!

By taking on challenges and conquering the Floral Pavilions throughout the deep and dense maze, you’ll be able to unlock a final challenge with the bad Beaster Bunny himself at the Line of Scrimmage!

You’ll receive 7x Hedge Maze Stamina every day after the daily reset at 10:30 AM ET.

Your primary goal is to use this stamina to reach and defeat the 3 Pavilion Mini-Boss Challenges, each of which yields a coveted Basket Key.

Each Basket Key unlocks a Treasure Chest node where you’ll reap the spoils of your hard-waged battles in the Maze, including some great Sugar Rush exclusive players.

Be sure to spend your points before the event ends, as any remaining stamina will have no value once the Sugar Rush event melts away on April 15th at 10:30 AM ET.
