Madden NFL Mobile - Season Rollover Breakdown

First off, a huge thank you to our incredible community for another fantastic year of Madden Mobile. We know you can’t wait to kick off the 2027 NFL season, and we are right there with you.

Our next chapter, Madden NFL 27 Mobile, is officially launching on August 6th.

With the new season just around the corner, now is the perfect time to clean out your locker room. To ensure you’re ready to hit the ground running, we’re sharing a breakdown of the annual Madden Mobile season rollover. 

Season Rollover:

As we transition your hard-earned progress from Madden NFL 26 Mobile (MM26) onto the fresh turf of Madden NFL 27 Mobile (MM27), many of you must be curious about what carries over, what resets, and the rewards you'll get for removed items. To kick things off, we’ll start with:

What’s Carrying Over to MM27

• Player Rollover & Overall Reduction: All players from MM26 will automatically carry over into MM27. However, their Overall (OVR) ratings will be significantly reduced to fit the new season's progression system.
  • Note: All Boost Effects tied to your players will be removed upon rollover, and your MM26 players will not be eligible for Player Evolution (EVO) in MM27.
• Madden Cash: All your Madden Cash that you've accumulated this season will carry over at its full value!
• MM26 Legacy Trades: To help you kickstart the new season, MM26 Legacy Trades will be available. These special trades allow you to convert your rolled-over MM26 players into valuable MM27 players or other essential resources, giving you a massive head start.

What’s Resetting to Zero

• Currencies & Items: All accumulated balances for Coins, Team Training Points (TTP), League Tokens, EVO Tokens, Traits, Gold and Silver Keys, Spotlight Keys, Trophies, Play Tokens, and VS Drinks will be reset to zero (0) at the start of MM27. Please plan accordingly and use these before the reset!
• Progression: Your User Level will reset to 0. Additionally, your Playbook budget, Event Stamina, and Regular Stamina will all return to their default starting values. Similarly, all user-customized playbooks will be reset to the default starting playbook. You will need to rebuild your playbooks for MM27. Retiring Players: All MM25 (or earlier) players on your account at the time of the rollover will be removed and will not carry over into MM27.

Rollover Rewards For Removed Items

While your purchased Plays and Traits won't make the jump to the new game, we are converting them into valuable resources so you can immediately begin building your new MM27 strategies!

• Purchased Plays Conversion: All plays purchased during MM26 will be removed from your inventory. In exchange, you will receive Play Tokens based on a conversion rate for all the plays you bought. You can use these tokens right away to acquire new plays in MM27!
• Purchased Traits Conversion: Similarly, all Traits purchased in MM26 will be removed. In exchange, you will receive Gold and Silver Keys based on a conversion rate where the higher the Trait Tier/Level you owned, the more value you receive to unlock new Traits in MM27!

Please check your inventory, use up any remaining removable items, and make sure you have all the items you want to keep.

Preparing for Kick-Off: August 4th - 5th

To get the stadium ready for MM27 and ensure a smooth rollover, our game servers will temporarily go offline for planned maintenance from August 4th to August 5th. Don’t fret, though! This tactical timeout will pave the way for a seamless, stable gaming experience and the introduction of the latest content.
