Origin Game Time Launches with Titanfall

If you’ve ever wanted to try before you buy, we’ve got a new program from Origin that’s perfect for you.

Origin Game Time lets you play full games for free, for as long as there’s time on your Game Time clock. Origin is kicking off this new program in a big way with Titanfall on PC.

Starting today, you can download Titanfall and play for free all weekend long. Origin Game Time for Titanfall will end this Monday, June 23 at 10am PDT, so make sure you don’t miss it.

The Origin Game Time clock begins the moment you start the game for the first time and ticks down in real time. Whether you’re playing with friends or taking a break, the Origin Game Time clock will continue to run.

If you want to keep playing after 48 hours is up, you will be able to resume your Titanfall progress on Origin.

Already own Titanfall? With lots of new players jumping in, this is a great time to level up and get some easy points.

Waiting to explore The Frontier? Now’s the perfect opportunity. It’s free! But only for 48 hours.

Each Origin Game Time offer will be unique: different game, different amount of time on the Game Time clock. Follow @OriginInsider on Twitter and Like on Facebook to stay up to date on Origin Game Time offers.

"The Origin Game Time clock begins the moment you start the game for the first time and ticks down in real time. Whether you’re playing with friends or taking a break, the Origin Game Time clock will continue to run." This appears not to be true. I am being told by customer service that "game time" began when you downloaded the game not when you first played it. Seems many people thought you could download it during the free download period and play it at a later date, but you can't.

FYI, the article is correct, but I guess you and some others didn't understand the expiration date of the offer. As the article states, you can play for 48 hours up to June 23 at 10 A.M. If you start on Sunday at 10 P.M., well you only get twelve hours to play. So that's how it works, it's not a download before this date and play whenever you want. Think Steam free weekends.

Not only that MasterPinchy, when i hit level 10 in Titanfall with still 10 hours on the clock, i tried to launch the game again and guess what happend? I couln'd acces the game anymore even though i still had game time. It was asking for a CD-key which wasn't available ofcourse since i only had game time -.-.
