Reporting Concerns About EA

If you perform work for EA and have a concern EA has not followed the law, you may report your concern to EA. This notice describes how you can report these concerns and what steps EA will take.  If you have a question about your EA account or are having problems playing our games, those concerns may be reported separately here.

1. Who can report concerns to EA?

You can report concerns to EA if you perform work for EA, whether currently or in the past. This includes being a current or former EA employee, candidate, contractor, subcontractor, intern, volunteer or supplier.

2. What kind of concerns can you report to EA?

If you have a concern EA has not followed the law or is acting inconsistently with it, you may report this concern to EA.  This includes laws about our products, markets, shareholders, money laundering, terrorist financing, public health and safety, environment, consumer protection, privacy, network security or taxes.

3. How can you report concerns to EA?

You may report your concern to EA here. You may also report your concern through an in-person meeting with a representative of EA. For current EA employees, additional reporting channels are available and can be found on EA World.

4. What steps will EA take?

When you report your concern, EA will assess it, address any issues that are substantiated and follow up with you.

5. Can EA take negative action against you because you reported a concern?

No. Your concerns are important to us, and we want to hear from you. If you raise a concern you genuinely believe to be true, or you help someone to do so, EA will ensure raising this concern won’t be used against you. If you feel someone at EA has retaliated against you for raising a concern or helping someone who does so, please let us know right away here.

6. Will my identity be protected?

Yes. If you identify yourself when reporting a concern, your identity will be considered confidential. We will share your identity only as allowed by law. For more information about our data processing in this context, please refer to the Data Privacy Notice for the reporting channel discussed above.

7. Can you report your concerns to the authorities?

Yes. You may report these concerns to the European Public Prosecutor Office (EPPO) and/or the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF). There also may be other EU agencies whom you can contact depending on the nature of your concern. In addition, there may be local agencies to whom you can report your concerns - for ex., Office of the Chancellor of Justice (Finland), National Integrity Agency (Romania).  While some governments may encourage you to report your concerns to EA before contacting their agencies, you have a choice as to whom to report your concerns.
