CorpU, the leading talent development insight and education provider, has named EA a 2013 Learning Excellence and Innovation Award Winner in the category of Alignment for a multi-year effort in developing programs to support the company’s digital transformation.
The CorpU Awards for Excellence and Innovation is the longest-running independent evaluation of corporate learning and talent programs. The awards honor corporate, non-profit, and governmental learning organizations that improve both business and employee performance. EA was recognized for programs put forth by EA University which supports leadership development, organization effectiveness, knowledge management and talent management all with a focus on new digital technologies and the transforming videogame industry. More information about the award can be found here.
This follows another recent recognition of our human resources department. Bersin by Deloitte, a leading provider of research-based membership programs in HR, talent and learning, recently named EA a winner of the WhatWorks® Award. Winners were chosen from hundreds of applicants with a focus on business agility, analytics, continuous development, collaboration and change management. EA was recognized for “building strategic action teams of senior executives that strengthened EA’s culture of learning and cross-boundary sharing. The 10@10 Strategic Action Team, for example, implemented six innovations and created EA’s first internal developer’s conference.”
