Mythic Announces “Endless” Free Trial for Warhammer Online

Freeloader alert! Mythic Entertainment announced today that a new endless free trial of Warhammer Online (replacing the 10-day time limited trial) is now available for download for both new and returning players on both PC and Mac. With the new free trial, players can create and play any of the game's 24 careers all the way through Level 10, exploring the tier one Empire vs. Chaos zones of Nordland and Norsca, as well as the new tier one dungeon Hunter's Vale and the Nordenwatch, Khaine's Embrace and Gates of Ekrund instanced scenarios. That's a lot of free gaming!
The new trial version is a streaming client that requires an initial 1GB download, after which content will just stream to your PC or Macintosh as needed. Anyone currently in the middle of the 10-Day trial, fear not: You've been automatically converted to the new endless version.
