Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg recently launched "Lean In" - a global community committed to offering women the encouragement and support to lean in to their ambitions. Sheryl's 2010 TEDTalk focused on how women are held back, and how they hold themselves back, and it inspired viewers around the world to share their story. Today, Sheryl has written a book on the topic and launched the Lean In site to allow women to share their stories and collaborate. EA is a platform partner for the Lean In initiative.
"EA is leaning in because diversity fosters innovation. Almost half of all gamers are women, and if we want to create cutting-edge products, we need more of them to join our team. We’re committed to creating an inclusive environment where women feel welcomed and challenged to do their best," said Gabrielle Toledano, our Chief Talent Officer.
Gabrielle shared her own personal story of Leaning In as well, which you can read here. You can visit LeanIn.org to share your story!
