Gamasutra: Analyzing publishers' shift to digitally-distributed games

Today, Gamasutra published a story analyzing the growth in digital games with a look at EA, Activision Blizzard, Take-Two Interactive and Ubisoft.

Here at EA, we reported that last quarter our biggest retail partner was Apple (driven by our mobile titles), The Simpsons: Tapped Out had its highest revenue quarter, digital revenue for FIFA 13 saw a 92% increase compared to FIFA 12 the same quarter and Origin has registered over 50 million users. Digital content is growing across the entire industry on PC, console and mobile across the entire industry.
