Lucy Bradshaw serves as Senior Vice President of Maxis where she oversees the development of all titles created by the Maxis Studios, including The Sims and SimCity. She is also leading the charge to expand the reach of EA titles by exploring new experiences for players around the world.

Ms. Bradshaw joined Maxis in 1997 and in her time with the company has managed the development of popular franchises including SimCity, Spore and The Sims across multiple generations and gaming platforms. 

Prior to her current role, Ms. Bradshaw worked at LucasArts, where she oversaw studio development of titles including Rebel Assault, Secret of Monkey Island 2, Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis and The Dig.  Ms. Bradshaw also held positions at Activision before joining Maxis.

A video game industry veteran and honored as one of the “Most Influential Women in Technology” by Fast Company magazine in 2008, Ms. Bradshaw is known and admired throughout the industry for her passion and dedication.  She resides in Berkeley, California with her two teenage daughters.
