Meet A SimGuru

It's been so exciting to watch The Sims™ Mobile evolve throughout soft launch! With the worldwide launch growing closer, we'd like to introduce you to our newest SimGuru: SimGuruGill.

Can you give us a brief introduction to yourself?
Hi there, my name is Brandon Gill. I’ve loved games all my life, and I've helped make them for the last twenty years.

What do you do on The Sims Mobile?
I’m the Creative Director for The Sims Mobile. I help to guide the vision of the game, which includes leading the design team and making sure all our players have a great time playing.

What are you most looking forward to when the game launches worldwide?
There are a lots of veteran Simmers out there, and I'm looking forward to seeing existing community members welcome new players that might be playing The Sims for the very first time.

Why become a SimGuru?
It’s important to me to hear players' experiences with The Sims Mobile. When we make design decisions, we constantly think about how our players will feel while playing. I guess what I’m saying is, “I wanna know what you are feeling. Tell me what’s on your mind.”

What do you love most about The Sims franchise?
I love the history of The Sims. The stories and legends of how some of our well-known characters came into being are amazing. I’m consistently delighted by how much influence the player community has had over the creative evolution of the franchise. Thank you, Simmers!

What’s your favorite ice cream flavor?
Does affogato count? Pour some espresso on a scoop of sweet vanilla. Perfection.
