2013 EA SPORTS Challenge Series

For the second year, EA SPORTS is partnering up with Sony PlayStation (SCEA), GameStop/EB Games and Virgin Gaming to bring you the EA SPORTS Challenge Series. On February 9^th, 2013, the best players in FIFA^® , Madden^®  and NHL^® will meet at Lagasse’s Stadium in the Palazzo Hotel Las Vegas for a single-elimination bracket competition to be crowned the best of their respective game and earn a share of the $1,000,000 prize pool! 

In 2012, the inaugural EA SPORTS Challenge Series, held in New York City welcomed 900 gamers from across the globe to face-off in highly competitive matches in front of an audience of over 2,000 cheering them on. This year, with the winners of FIFA and Madden each being awarded $140,000 and the winner of NHL receiving $70,000, you can be certain that the competition will be just as intense and we’re making sure you don’t miss a single moment of it.

Even if you aren’t able to take part or travel to Las Vegas, we’ve made sure you don’t miss any of the action. The entire day’s events will be streamed live on your Sony PlayStation 3. It will also be available live on GameSpot, Twitch TV and of course, EASPORTS.com. Coverage begins at 11:00am PT and runs until the final winner is crowned.
