Chief Executive Officer
Andrew Wilson is the Chairman & CEO of Electronic Arts, a position he has held since 2013.
Andrew leads an organization of the most talented people in the industry who are dedicated to entertaining, connecting, and inspiring the world through play. Under his leadership, our teams deliver world-class, innovative experiences that entertain and engage massive online communities, tell blockbuster stories, and harness the power of community in, around, and beyond our games.
As CEO, Andrew has transformed EA into a community driven entertainment company at the leading edge of technology, launching countless groundbreaking new experiences, and reaching record engagement levels across its global franchises. As part of this evolution, EA’s portfolio of owned IP has grown to represent some of the most iconic entertainment properties in the world, and EA SPORTS has become one the most important, influential brands in global sport, engaging and inspiring hundreds of millions of players and fans around the world.
In his more than 20 years at EA, Andrew has held several senior leadership roles based in global locations across Asia, Canada and the US. Prior to becoming CEO, Andrew served as executive vice president of EA SPORTS and Origin where he led the global EA SPORTS business, as well as EA’s digital PC service. Previous to this, he led all aspects of EA’s Online Organization, including the company’s Asia business operations and direct-to-consumer services. Andrew also served as vice president and executive producer of all EA SPORTS FIFA games, growing the IP into one of the most popular video game franchises of all time.
Andrew has been named one of the “Top People in Business” by FORTUNE, one of the “Most Creative People” by Fast Company, and one of the “100 Most Influential Leaders in Marketing, Media and Tech” by AdWeek.
A native of Australia, Andrew enjoys playing golf and is a life-long surfer, proudly serving as the Chairman of the Board for the World Surf League. He is also a passionate martial artist, holding a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Andrew lives in the Bay Area with his wife and two children.
Cam Weber
President, Chief Studios Officer
A proven leader with an extensive record of growth and leadership in interactive entertainment, Cam Weber serves as President, Chief Studios Officer, where he is responsible for EA’s world-class portfolio of IP, studios, and development capabilities.
In this role, Cam works closely with studio leaders across EA to foster collaboration, accelerate innovation, and help teams create exceptional experiences for players around the world.
Cam has spent nearly 30 years in the games industry, leading teams and shaping some of the biggest and longest-running franchises in entertainment.
He joined EA in 2009. Prior to his current role, he served as President of EA SPORTS, a major growth driver for EA that engages hundreds of millions of fans around the world. He oversaw a portfolio that included the largest interactive sports franchise in the world in EA SPORTS FC, the best-selling sports property in U.S. video game history in Madden NFL, as well as additional sports and racing franchises such as the EA SPORTS F1, NHL, UFC, PGA Tour, College Football, and more.
Earlier in his career at EA, Cam held leadership roles across both sports and entertainment franchises. His portfolio included EA SPORTS titles as well as Dragon Age, Mass Effect, Star Wars: The Old Republic, and other iconic EA franchises.
Before joining EA, Cam worked as an Executive Producer at Radical Entertainment for 11 years, building a wide variety of games as part of the Vivendi and Activision organizations. He holds an MBA from Simon Fraser University, and is a former starting quarterback and captain of the university’s varsity football team.
Stuart Canfield
Chief Financial Officer
Stuart Canfield is the Chief Financial Officer of Electronic Arts, leading the global teams responsible for EA’s financial management including Accounting, Controllership, Shared Services, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Reporting, Investor Relations, Global Audit, Tax, and Treasury.
Since joining EA in 2003, Stuart has garnered 20 years of experience across a variety of senior leadership roles in global finance, investor relations, and operations. He brings extensive knowledge of our business and the broader gaming industry, as well as a proven track record of delivering results. Prior to becoming Chief Financial Officer, Stuart served as the SVP of Enterprise Finance where he led financial analysis, planning, and strategy, along with Investor Relations and Tax. Before that, as CFO of our global studio organizations and EA SPORTS, he played a pivotal role in transforming our company.
Stuart was born and raised in England and graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the University of London. In his spare time, you can find him road-biking, playing football, and traveling with family and friends. Stuart lives in the Bay Area with his family.
Jake Schatz
Executive Vice President, Global Affairs and Chief Legal Officer
Jake Schatz serves as the Executive Vice President of Global Affairs and Chief Legal Officer at Electronic Arts Inc., where he leads the teams responsible for Legal Affairs, Business Development, Corporate Development, Executive Operations, Government Affairs, Player Safety & Inclusion, and Sustainability & Enterprise ESG.
Jake has nearly 30 years’ experience working globally at the intersection of law, public policy, technology, sports, and entertainment. A longtime leader at Electronic Arts, Jake previously was a commercial litigator in Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Jake actively contributes to the industry and community. He currently serves on the board of the Entertainment Software Association and the board of the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy. Jake is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Pomona College and holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center.
Laura Miele
President, Enterprise Development
As President of Enterprise Development at Electronic Arts. Laura is responsible for strategic growth areas beyond EA’s core business that build on the company’s strengths and extend across entertainment.
Prior to this role, Laura served as President, EA Entertainment, where she led the key components of EA’s portfolio of licensed and owned IP games, as well as the player experience, with best-in-class creative content and industry-leading technology. In this role, she combined nearly 30 years of creative, strategic, and operational capabilities with relentless curiosity to deliver the highest quality products & experience for EA gamers. Laura has the utmost respect for the developers who bring games to life, which she believes are the highest form of entertainment (in existence).
Laura has a proven track record of inspiring and developing creative teams at scale, delivering business results, and leading transformational change. Her passion for games, pop-culture, and storytelling, along with her extensive relationships with strategic partners has seen her drive long-term growth across the business. She has played a key role in the successful execution of several complex structural transformations at EA over the past decade, including leading the company’s transformation to digital delivery, expanding into new consumer demographics, and actively growing EA’s player network. She also has broad international experience overseeing commercial, creative, and central technology teams in European, North American, LATAM, China, and Greater AsiaPac markets.
Prior to taking on the role of President of EA Entertainment in 2023, Laura served as COO. Laura has also served as Chief Studios Officer and executive vice president of Global Publishing, overseeing publishing and customer experience, and senior vice president of Global Marketing. In 2013, she was named General Manager of the Star Wars business, where she spearheaded EA's Star Wars partnership with Lucasfilm Ltd. and Disney and worked to develop a long-term vision for the collaboration and nurture a dedicated fanbase and engaged community.
Laura is passionate about increasing the number of opportunities for women and underrepresented talent, leading EA’s efforts to advance representation across the company and its games. Laura founded the EA Women’s Ultimate Team Employee Resource Group to promote gender diversity and equality inside and outside the organization and an inclusion framework as part of the game development process leading to EA setting industry standards for representation in games.
Laura has been recognized by Variety as a leader in gaming and on the Variety 500. She was on AdAge’s “Women to Watch” and “30 Most Powerful Women in Sports” lists, as well as San Francisco Business Times “Most Influential Women in Business.”
Laura Miele has served as a member of the On Board of Directors and member of the audit committee since May 2024, and previously served as a board consultant from August 2023 through April 2024. In 2022, she was appointed as a Governor of the British Film Institute. She is also a member of the Paley Media Council, a member of the NAACP Entertainment Advocacy Council, an Advisory Board Member for The Game Awards, and previously served on the board of the Silicon Valley Community Foundation.
Mala Singh
Chief People Officer
Mala Singh is the Chief People Officer at Electronic Arts (EA), where she leads a team focused on developing the company's talent and cultivating its culture. Mala is responsible for translating the company strategy into a talent strategy that attracts, engages, develops, and retains the people necessary to power the future of interactive entertainment.
Within the People Experience Team, Mala oversees various critical areas, including Business Partners, People Partners, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, Succession Planning, Learning and Development, Total Rewards, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She also has responsibilities for the company’s Real Estate, Physical Security, and Workplace Experience teams.
Mala has played a crucial role in shaping the culture and experience for our Electronic Artists, navigating the changing nature of work and the workplace while building a culture of accountability. Her team plays a significant role in delivering an engaging and empowering employee experience at EA.
Before re-joining EA in this role, Mala spent three years as Chief People Officer at Minted, where she helped to define the culture and grow the creative and technical teams during a high-growth period for the startup. Before spending five years in HR leadership roles at EA, Mala began her career in the global pharmaceutical and insurance industries, serving in Human Resources roles based in Asia, Europe, and North America.
Mala lives in the Bay Area with her family.
Matt Thomlinson
Chief Technology Officer
Matt serves as Chief Technology Officer for Electronic Arts where he is responsible for shaping the technology strategies that lead the future of interactive entertainment – all while ensuring the security, reliability, and scalability required to operate EA’s live service business. A seasoned technologist and respected business leader, Matt combines his deep expertise and strategic insight with operational excellence, empowering his teams to leverage technology to reimagine in-game storytelling, create more immersive worlds and experiences for players, and deliver personalized experiences that inspire and engage EA’s global communities.
Prior to his role as CTO, Matt served in senior technology leadership roles across EA including CTO of Enterprise & Platform Services and Chief Information Security Officer – responsible for protecting EA’s global enterprise and defending its global community of players. A deeply respected cybersecurity leader of 25+ years across industry and government advisory roles, Matt’s expertise has been recognized as a Federal 100 winner for his work to secure the US federal government and involvement in creating the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and as a Computerworld Premier 100 IT Leader.
He serves as a DNSSec Trusted Community Representative – a select group of technology leaders entrusted to secure the domain name system (DNS,) the foundation for our global internet. Well-respected across industries, he currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for Wiz.io, Oleria, and Arkose Labs. Matt holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington. He is a keen college football fan and lives in Seattle where he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
David Tinson
President, Chief Experiences Officer
David Tinson is President, Chief Experiences Officer at Electronic Arts. He oversees functions focused on expanding global communities, accelerating business growth, and evolving how the teams operate. He is a dynamic business leader who has thrived in driving business transformation at a global scale. He has spent more than 20 years at Electronic Arts in strategic leadership roles, and in 2023 became Chief Experiences Officer.
David’s remit includes Commercial, Marketing, Communications, Fan Growth, Business Planning, Strategy, Ventures, and Technology. These teams are responsible for driving innovation, demand creation, incubating new business, and amplifying the power of community in, around, and beyond the bounds of games. His team works across EA’s many renowned brands, including EA SPORTS franchises such as FC, Madden NFL, College Football, UFC and F1, as well as Star Wars, Apex Legends, The Sims, Battlefield, Need for Speed, and more.
Prior to becoming Chief Experiences Officer, David served as Chief Marketing Officer, a position he assumed in 2020. In that role, he led all aspects of EA’s global marketing organization, including brand management, communications, social impact, creative and design, production, community engagement, marketing analytics, consumer insights, athlete relations, and media.
Under David’s leadership, EA’s teams have received industry recognition, including more than 100 awards with 17 Cannes Lions since 2016. David has been recognized numerous times by the industry for his marketing leadership. In 2023, he was named to Campaign’s CMO 50 and Insider’s list of Most Innovative CMOs. In 2022, David was named to the Forbes Entrepreneurial CMO List, celebrating 50 chief marketers transforming marketing, commerce, and culture.
He is a champion for advancing innovation in the marketing communications industry. In 2023, David spearheaded the creation of the Carter-Tinson gallery at the UNC Hussman School, featuring the “Rising Voices” exhibit, which shines a light on work that contributes to the public discourse around underrepresented voices and social change.
As an advocate for mentoring, David is part of Adweek’s CMO Executive Mentor Program and Brandweek's Sports Marketing Summit “Mentor 100”. He graduated from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill with a B.A. in journalism and mass communications.

Chief Strategy Officer
As Chief Strategy Officer for Electronic Arts, Mihir Vaidya shapes EA's long-term growth strategy and ensures the company is well-positioned to capitalize on new opportunities. Mihir partners across the enterprise to frame opportunities that shape the future of entertainment—harnessing EA's exceptional talent, unrivaled IP, and innovative technology to serve a global community of players.
Mihir's teams, spanning Strategic Planning, Market Intelligence, Tech/AI, and Business Strategy, help EA anticipate industry shifts, embrace emerging technologies and evolving player behaviors, and reimagine the future of interactive entertainment. These efforts drive EA's Global Growth Strategy, ensuring the company's architecture, resources, and investments are aligned to this future.
Prior to joining EA, Mihir was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he advised the world's leading technology, media, and telecommunications companies, with a specific focus on corporate strategy and holistic transformation. During his tenure at McKinsey, he played a pivotal role in shaping the Media practice in North America. Mihir is an alumnus of the University of Toronto, where he studied Actuarial Science and Mathematics.
