Our Driver Ratings have become a much-debated discussion both with our community and teams in the F1® paddock and beyond. With this Championship shaping up to be more competitive than last year, we expect considerable movement throughout the season as the contenders continue to chase down Max.
Driver Ratings is an integral part of the new progression system in the overhauled Career Mode where, for the first time, players can choose to play as one of the current F1® drivers and build on their existing stats and reputation. Ratings are also key to the My Team game feature, with players having the opportunity to run an F1® team. Decisions include signing a teammate from the current F1® line-up, managing the team, and developing the car. F1® 24 consists of an array of other enhancements, including the new EA SPORTS Dynamic Handling.

As with previous seasons, F1® 24 Driver Ratings are based on the following criteria alongside an overall score:
- Experience (EXP): The number of race starts a driver has over the course of their career
- Racecraft (RAC): The ability to work through the pack and finish in a higher position
- Awareness (AWA): The cleaner the race, the higher the rating
- Pace (PAC): A mix of qualifying and lap times and beating a teammate in both categories
- Rating (RTG): The combination of the previous four ratings that can change throughout the season

F1® 24 launches worldwide on May 31 across PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation®4, Xbox One, and PC, via EA App, Epic Games Store, and Steam. The digital-exclusive Champions Edition launches with up to three days early access starting May 28.
