EA Announces a New CFO

We are pleased to announce that EA has appointed a new Chief Financial Officer, Blake Jorgensen.

We are pleased to announce that EA has appointed a new Chief Financial Officer, Blake Jorgensen. Blake joins EA with more than 20 years of experience in a number of different leadership positions. Most recently, he served three years as Executive Vice President and CFO of Levi Strauss & Co., and prior to that position, he served two years as the CFO of Yahoo!.

Blake comes to EA with experience across different industries with the understanding of online commerce and entertainment that will help guide EA on building digital distribution channels for our games and services. Blake will start in his post in early September.

Prior to his role at Yahoo!, Blake co-founded the investment bank Thomas Weisel Partners, and held financial and operational positions at Montgomery Securities and in management consulting.  Blake earned an undergraduate degree in Economics from Stanford, and his MBA from the Harvard Business School.  He and his wife Debbie live in the San Francisco Bay Area.
